Delete your account

You can delete your Event Reminder account at any time. Your account, all of your events and all of your photos are then removed from our server, permanently and right away.

1In the app

Open Event Reminder and sign in.
Open your Profile (the person icon at the top).
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm.

2Without the app

If you no longer have the app, e-mail support@jesoralabs.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Event Reminder account”. We delete the account and all of its data within 7 days and let you know when it's done.

What is deleted: your name, e-mail address and password, every event (names, dates, categories, notes, reminder settings) and every photo you uploaded. We keep nothing, and it cannot be undone. Reminders already scheduled on your phone go away when you uninstall the app.
